Fitness online personal training is steadily becoming an alternative way to get into better shape. I’m very excited about this opportunity to provide the best in nutrition, exercise techniques, weight loss methods and more. I’ve been a personal trainer at an established gym for over 5 years and also graduated from a highly accredited university with a degree in biological sciences. This site will be a doorway into an unlimited amount of resources that when used to its full potential will allow you to have more energy, fit into clothes you haven’t been in for years, allow you to have self esteem again. A few of the topics that I will cover briefly are: the importance of a healthy metabolism, nutrition, and the benefits of exercising.

What’s a healthy metabolism?

In a nutshell, metabolism is the rate at which we burn calories. From a biological standpoint most of the energy in the body goes towards keeping our bodies at our set temperature. Ultimately if you are trying to lose weight you want your resting metabolism to be very high. In other words, when your sleeping at night, or sitting on a chair all day at work, or even watching the kids at home while the television is on, you want your body to be burning calories instead of adding them to the mid-section. The proper nutrition, adequate exercise will enable you to have a healthy metabolism. I will talk more about the connection between metabolism and fitness online personal training.

What’s important about nutrition?

Nutrition is by some experts between 70 to 80 percent of your total results. There are some key factors in regards to nutrition and you obtaining your full fitness potential. The first nugget is to consume healthy fat, protein and low glycemic carbs for every meal. The next is what kinds of healthy fat, protein and low glycemic carbs also what size portion should you eat. Moreover, you need to stay hydrated or drink roughly 8 to 10 eight ounces of water a day. More will be covered on exactly how much water you should drink a day. Later on I will discuss the relationship between fitness online personal training and nutrition.

What are some of the benefits of exercising?

Exercising correctly and efficiently will enable you to achieve goals such as weight loss, lowering blood pressure, decreasing chances of certain cancers and so on the benefits are staggering. More will be discussed about exercising and how it relates to fitness online personal training.
